   It is a good slide gate opener and the installation simple if you have done this before. If this is the first gate opener you install then it might be complicated because the instruction manual is not clear at all. It assumes that you know what you are doing and there is no phone number for you to call with questions. There is one e-mail address but no one will ever reply.    I brought this one for my home where I have a 20-foot opening to my drive way, after months of preparation I can only use weekends for my project I finally installed and works fine, I wouldn't say it is easy. This is the first time I can not find a toll free phone number on the manual nor the company web site. Everything depends on emails and you have to be lucky for them to answer your questions.
