I needed a belt for my beloved Snapper 28" deck rider This item's description says it fits . Well it didn't . I then call a local 2 dealers and both say they need a model number because there are 3 sizes for a 28" . So after a few emails to this WNY small engines to which they never replied , no phone number to be found on receipt or web . I'm pretty sure they got my mail , you have to go their web site , then through a long process and then where you type in the distorted letters . Amazon says seller wants 20% restocking fee unless it's an exchange . Also I have to pay the $6 to ship the $6 belt back , then another $6 for them to send me the correct belt . I found the belt local for $17 , after 4 days of no response . Bought a lot online , never a problem I couldn't resolve , on ebay the sellers seem to care , describe the item well , answer questions and handle issues with at least some concern . Anybody need a 68" belt ? I know this is small money , but I'm done with this WNY small engines , and will think twice using Amazon . Was not my fault , kinda even did them a favor pointing out the bad info .I should support the local vendors anyway .
