I purchased two of these, for a nursery, and applied them over a cheap semi-gloss paint job on the wall, and they went up perfectly, and stayed put. I almost did not buy them because of the negative reviews, but I am so happy that I did. They were easily re-positionable, and the instructions are printed right on the decal sheet - each branch is lettered, and a small picture shows you where to place each branch by letter. We installed 2, one as pictured, and another we kind of did 'freehand', and it looks great in our nursery! Love the birds! It makes the room look very finished, and the colours are lovely.
This decal was smaller then the pictures led me to believe, but it is very pretty and I am still happy with the purchase. It was simple for me to put together and adhered to the wall well.
Length:: 0:44 MinsWell... there's a photo of this decal on a YELLOW wall. So this led me to believe it was a cut-out and didn't have any background color. WRONG! it's got a whit background on the cage sticker. It's BRIGHT WHITE. so it looks kinda funny on my off-whit wall. Oh, and one of the birds is 60's print... it doesn't match the floral print going on at all!OH AND ALSO- it isn't as large as the WHITE PHOTO leads you to believe.
I bought this decal for my daughter's nursery which matched her Bananafish Love Bird nursery bedding and the bird cages we decorated with. We put it over her crib and it's an adorable focal point of the room. I love it because it's not exactly baby-ish and it's still unique. We had no problem with the install and have had no problems with them staying stuck to the wall. In fact I will probably buy another one just to use the birds around her chair rail!
With a little patience this can be very cute on any wall. The first thing I recommend is cutting the pieces apart and laying it out on the table so you know how its going up on the wall. Apply one piece at a time, take your time and use a low heat setting on your hair dryer for just about a minute which helps the decals adhere to the wall.
I have this on a blank wall in my office and receive so many compliments. The sheet came quickly and removal was simple, though they are a bit static-y, so take care when removing the long branch pieces. They stick to the wall well and re-position easily. It makes a lovely decoration and you can't beat the impact for the price.
I bought this for my bedroom wall. It really brightens my white walls up with some color. It was easy to pull off and put on the wall. It sticks to the wall and hasn't come up or bubbled from the paint. When you do remove it from the wall it doesn't take any paint off with it either. It was easy to restick the items also if you wanted to reposition it for any reason.
I love the quality of these decals-very heavy, true to colors online. I used this for a party but ended up using it in my 11 year olds room. She loves it!
These are so adorable in our daughter's nursery. We have a birdie theme going and these matched perfectly. They are the static cling stickers that remove easily but they do stay put just fine once you place them... we also have a semi-gloss glitter paint on her walls so maybe that's why it stays so well. We love this!
I put the birds on a branch up in the nursery bathroom. I absolutely love it!! It was easy as can be to put up and looks absolutely adorable!!! Great product!!
